📖 Book Review: Love in Bloom by Lucy Eden

Love in Bloom was such a joyful surprise and an easy five-star kind of read for me. This was my first book by Lucy Eden, and I genuinely devoured it in under 24 hours ~ the kind of book you start “just a chapter” of and suddenly you’re at the end, smiling.

This story delivers everything I love about a good romcom romance while still feeling grounded, warm, and heartfelt.

🌼 What I Loved

Small-town charm

From the very beginning, the setting wrapped me up in that comforting, familiar feeling that only a good small-town romance can give. The town felt lived-in and welcoming, and I loved how it played such an important role in the story.

Lovable, diverse characters

One of my favorite things about this book was the cast of characters. They felt real, layered, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. The diversity was handled naturally and thoughtfully, adding depth to the story without ever feeling forced.

Romcom vibes done right

This book absolutely delivered on the romcom feels ~ playful banter, swoony moments, and that lighthearted tone that keeps you turning pages with a smile on your face. It was fun without being fluffy, heartfelt without being heavy.

A romance you can root for

The chemistry between the main characters felt natural and earned. Watching their connection grow was both sweet and satisfying, and I found myself completely invested in their journey.

💭 Final Thoughts

Love in Bloom is the kind of book that reminds you why you love romance in the first place. It’s cozy, charming, and filled with heart ~ the perfect read if you’re craving small-town vibes, lovable characters, and all the romcom feels.

This was my introduction to Lucy Eden, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. If you’re looking for a feel-good romance that’s easy to sink into and hard to put down, this one deserves a spot on your TBR 🌼💛
